The Green Prayer Plant offers oval shaped, light green leaves with dark markings on both sides of the main rib. The undersides of the leaves are a silvery green with closely lined veins, making each side uniquely elegant. As with other prayer plants, its leaves fold up at night, like praying hands, before opening back up with the morning sunrise.

Light: Bright, indirect light

Water: Allow soil to dry 1/3 of the way down before watering thoroughly. The leaves on this plant are delicate. Watering with distilled water will help to eliminate leaf burn that can be caused by the harsh chemicals found in tap water.

Fertilize: Once a month during the spring and summer months with a diluted, well-balanced, water-soluble fertilizer.
