Monstera dubia (Rare Variety) | 4-Inch Container
The dubia is a rare variety of Monstera that is not readily available at most garden centers. Its exquisite foliage and interesting growth habit make it a must-have for any houseplant collection. Although the Monstera dubia is a lesser-known variety compared to the Monstera deliciosa or Monstera adansonii, its care is nearly the same.
Care: Easy
Light: Performs best in medium to bright, indirect light.
Water: Allow the soil to dry 1/2 to 3/4 of the way down, before watering thoroughly. Water until excess water flows from the container’s drainage hole. Do not allow your plant to sit in standing water or soggy soil. Monsteras can tolerate some neglect.
Humidity: Does well in environments with average to high humidity.
Fertilize: Once a month during the spring and summer months with a diluted, well-balanced, water-soluble fertilizer.
Pets: Causes digestive distress if ingested.
